Citrusy sour lemons and coriander in the nose with a slight soapiness. Decent aroma. Pale straw color and hazy with a large white fluffy head. Citrus lemon notes to start out turning quite milky and malty in the middle. Finishing hops are a bit much. Still decent. hopscotch (5549), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

Very pale, hazy pear-colored ale. Large, fizzy, white head. Great retention.
Very spicy. Pineapple, apricot, orange peel, coriander and pear in the aroma. Bisquity as well.
High ABV is well hidden in the flavor and aroma.
Spicy and fruity. Very refreshing with notes of orange blossom honey.
Full-bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel. Sweet, tangy finish. mrkimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma of citrus, yeast, and bread. Good flavorful notes of bread, yeast, spice, and banana. A slight try aftertaste and a medium body.... good but not great. BigBeer45 (711), Michigan, USA

Bottle: Pours cloudy white yellow, a head of fine bubbles, aromas of wheat, malt sweetness and light pear fruit, faint citrus and coriander spice, some faint pepper in the nose, taste of malt-wheat, pilsner, citrus peach-pear, and pepper, small hops on the palate, and the pepper hangs around in the finish, the beer leaves a good lacing on the glass, medium dry on the palate, a tasty white beer. rocbyter (926), Waterbury, Connecticut, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 8, 2008 Bottle courtesy Jah Noth - Thanks Dan! Pours an opaque orange color with a fluffy white head that settles into a thick film...lots of lacing throughout. Aroma is good, but not great...orangey and spicy, but there’s something musty about it, and not in a pleasant way. Flavor is similar to the flavor...there’s an abundance of orange and spice, and the flavor is very robust. I’m detecting a sour hint to this beer that differentiates this from other Wits as well. Can’t get by a metallic flavor that is mixed in as well...detracts somewhat. Good mouthfeel...easy to drink and a dry finish keeps you coming back for more...almost Berliner Weisse-like! Good Wit, but was hoping for a bit more!
