(Bottled) Hazy golden with a small head. Witbier-saisony aroma with some sourness and honeyish pale malt. Flavor is something between Plevnan Panimosima, and Weihenstephaner Vitus. Honeyish malt, witbier spices, raisins. Medium-bodied, soft-carbonated. Funny, but quite enjoyable. Lacks complexity, though.

Pale hazy yellow, small white head. Wheaty nose. All aspects of witbier are there. Same time sweet, hoppy and sour. Good sour witbier.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Slight spicy aroma with hints of coriander and citrus peel. Taste is faintly spicy with hints of lemon, coriander, yeast and dough bread. A grassy finish. Not bad. A good warm day brew.

22 oz. bottle via trade with shadey - Pours a cloudy straw color with a small white head. Aroma is banana, yeast, and spices. The flavor is much of the same with the addition of some citrus. Light to medium body. A nice Wit. Thanks Shane.

12oz bottle served in a Chimay chalice at the ambient room temp, which is probably in the high 50’s to low 60’s. Sharp wheat, herbal, and light citrus aroma. Slightly hazy, orange/golden color with a smallish head. Very smooth mouthfeel. Lots of sharp wheat in the flavor along with strong herbal flavors and some light lemon/tangerine. Alcohol is present. I seemed to like this better when fresh, this bottle is several months old.

The aroma is a light and spicey with hints of curacao and coriander with a bit of wheat. The pour is a clear golden with a creamy off white head. Light and refreshing on the palate with a citrusy background.

The fourth brew to please my palate. We’re still on the light side of life. This yellow-green ale was full of coriander with a citrus-peel bitter finish. A lot of clove in this one. Lighter than the alcohol content would lead you to believe. This could please in summer as well as winter.

Bottle (thanks Jah Noth). POurs a golden cloudy color with a light a rocky white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, and bread. Good flavorful notes of bread, yeast, spice, and banana. A slight try aftertaste and a medium body.... good but not great.
