(22oz. bottle) Pours a cloudy golden body with an average-sized creamy egg-white head. Aroma of lemon and wheat. Flavor of wheat, lemon, coriander, and orange peel with a bit of earthiness in the finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a longlasting white head. Fruity spicy wheaty aroma with some hints of yeast and coriander. Sweetish wheaty and slightly bitter orange peel flavor with some spicy hints. Dry malty wheaty orange finish.

Bottle. Also consumed on draught where I found it much more flavorful. Pours a cloudy golden with a medium sized white head. Nose is coriander, citrus, and belgian yeast. Flavor is slightly fruity, with a dry, crisp finish. An easy drinking witbier. A little overcarbonated at times, but that seems to be the case with most southapton beers I have tried recently.

22 oz bottle, Ty5592. Pours a hazy, almost unnaturally yellow colored body under a one finger fizzy white head that faded quickly. Aroma is of spicy wheat with some hay and straw notes. Some yeast, coriander, and orange peel. Fairly light and delicate spicing. Flavor is quite a bit heavier on the spicing than the nose let on. Lots of citrusy orange peel and coriander from start to finish. There is lots of wheat at the base, but the flavor doesn’t really emerge much. Mouthfeel is light-medium bodied with very fizzy prickly carbonation. Finishes fairly crisp with lots of lingering slightly sticky spices. This was pretty decent. Nothing eye-opening, but certainly drinkable.

From bomber. Pours a hazy gold with no head, but a white ring around the glass. Nose of honey and coriander, a little sugary. Flavor follows with a syrupy mouth feel and a slight citrus bitter at the end. Would have been better with some more carbonation to liven the flavor.

Reviewed 3/25/2009 (Bottle): Pours a pale yellow semi-cloudy body, foamy creamy white head, good lacing, lasting. Aroma is spicy orange zest. Coriander maybe. Enticing. Dusty, musty. Somewhat effervescent. Lemony citrus light carbonation taste. Tasty and refreshing.

Sampled with Stegosaurus. Bottled. Poured a cloudy yellow with fizzy white head. (Appearence scared me looked like a cludoy budweiser). Aroma of wheat and spice. Taste was much of the same. Very dry finish and rather good. I enjoyed this
