Great head that lasts for a good time but releases a surprisingly well rounded nose where grains and vibrant fruit is evident. The carbonation is in perfect balance with the tangy citrus flavor in the brew. This is a must drink if you are in the mood for a good wit. Lothore (276), California, USA

S- Smell is spicy, perfumey, citrus fruits, a bit of tartness / funk towards the end and a lemonadesque sweetness.
T- Taste is very full, a blast of citrus fruits, spices, lemon with a tangy back end.
M- Thick for the style with ample carbonation. Maybe a bit to thick and sticky.
D- I haven’t had many witbiers but this is definitely the best I have consumed. Very drinkable, no off tastes. Quaffable for a summer evening.

It’s appearance is a slightly pale cloudy color, with a nice full head. It’s flavor is excellent with nice full pale malts, honey, light citrus, and some yeasty notes. It’s exceptionally smooth, with a bit of hmmm!!!! The power is nice creating a nice dull delivery. It’s excellent. Gabler (86), , New York, USA
