Aromas of raisin toast with malt behind it. Flavors compliment the aromatic profile. Body a touch thin to my thinking but overall a very nice brew.

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 30, 2009 Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours deep burgundy with very little head. The aroma is good but good-er describes it better because of yummy fudge brownie, molasses and a touch of roast coming together in aromatic harmony. The taste is smooth and a bit thin while bringing up roast, modest fudge brownie, some caramel, spices, pumpernickel bread a bit of earthy oxidation and smooth D-Lish.
