Southampton India Pale Ale

Golden to orange in color with a decent beige colored head. The smell is hops, malts, little citrus. The taste is malts, hops, citrus, and a touch of alcohol. Light for an IPA.

Well-balanced, middle of the road IPA. A little bit of sourness and sweetness, hops, make this one a pretty good daily drinker.

Would like to try this fresh...pours a gold copper with minimal offwhite head. Aroma is pine hops which are pleasant but nothing much else. Flavor is bitter. Palate is creamy, thick and rich but very dry.

Tried a sample at Brewfest Tallahassee. This leans towards the maltier, English side as opposed to the hoppy side they mention. Not bad.

Bottle. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished, transparent gold body, fair amount of lacing, and very fizzy carbonation. The aroma was caramel, bitter notes, and citrus and pine hops. The flavor was malty, mildly bitter, caramel ,and citrus and pine hops. Tingly mouthfeel and light-medium bodied. A very easy to drink IPA due to the types of hops used in this beer. It is not overly hoppy tasting, worthy of a try and an IPA that I would drink again.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a light orange gold with pretty big head. Smells of sweet corn, floral hops, caramel. Definitely a balanced beer, hops present throughout but more prominent on the finish, malts detectable. This is a good beer but nothing special. Very drinkable, would make a good session beer.

A golden brown beer with a small head. The aroma is malty like a British IPA. The taste is caramel with some mild hop taste that is definitely leaning towards the British side.

bottle - Pours clear copper with a one finger head. It has a hoppy aroma with citrus and pine notes. The balance is pretty good. Hops are ample with citrus and plenty of malt to support it. Medium bodied and solid.
