Nov 8, 2006 (bottle - 12 oz) Light orange in color with a thick and lasting white head. Aroma is kind of weak, mostly hops with some citrus and a touch of malt. Kind of spicy. Flavor is dominated by bitter hops. Middle has a little bit of malt in it but then the hops take back over control of the flavor. The end is very bitter with some citrus and a lingering bitter aftertaste.

Nov 4, 2006 Poured out a yellowish/orange color with a solid white head. The aroma was mostly citrus with some hints of malt. Flavor was a little thin, and dominated by hops--not much complexity at all.

Nov 3, 2006 Expected more from Southhampton, Poured an orange color with good head and good lacing. Aroma was of grapefruit. Flavor was pine some grapefruit expected more from the aroma, and floral hops. Bitter finish, not bad but not a great IPA.

Oct 24, 2006 Poured a pale orange color with a decent initial head, pretty good lacing. Aroma of grapefruit rinds and citrus notes. The flavor was strong floral hops, pine notes, only light grapefruit rinds. Some melons in the malt profile along with a touch of caramel. Pretty bitter finish, tilted toward pine/floral hops, leaving me in want of more citrus for my personal IPA tastes - but a nice beer, especially if you want bitter.

Oct 13, 2006 very frothy strong head took thye bar tender a long time to pour a full pint. Dry, intense hop flovor. dry and sharp, citrus. drinkable all the way to the end. Pleasant mouth feel balanced, powerful.

Oct 7, 2006 Fruity hoppy aroma. Vibrant and sweet with orange blossom, buckwheat honey; a bit of pine resin. Light malty notes. Orange-amber clear with a slight haze. Huge off-white rocky lacing head. Medium-heavy watery body with medium carbonation - smooth drinking. Starts off with medium malty sweetness. Caramel and some honey followed by orange oil. Bitterness kicks in with medium to high level of hoppy resinous bittering. Ends very dry, with light chalky bitterenss coating the palate. Not quite crisp.

Oct 5, 2006 12 oz. bottle via trade with shadey - Pours a golden color with a decent off white head. Light lacing. Has a light grassy hop aroma. Has a bitter hop bite up front with a tad bit of caramel malt in the background. Has kind of a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body. A decent beer. Thanks Shane.
