Muddy golden coloured, medium sized white head. Sweet malty and fruity taste with notes of yeast and alcohol. Pleasant bitterness in the rather fruity finish.

Hazy golden colour. Lemony yeasty funky nose. Sweet fruity yeasty and agrumey taste. A good saison.

Jul 10, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a large white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of spiced apple pie, sweet pilsner malt, and spicy yeast. Taste is the same as aroma but less prominent. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and a spicy yeasty finish. Very good.

Jul 9, 2008 Pours cloudy golden. Found it to be a slightly bitter while remaining verys weet. Yeasty with a nice taste close to apple cider, touch or orange.
An excellent saison.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottled at RBESG. Cloudy golden, brief head. Fruity nose with herbal notes - coriander? Sweet and grainy, medium bodied with sugary orange flavour. Lightly yeasty with good bitterness. Well made and pleasant all around.
