I’m so happy I need a new pair of pants! Pours deep golden with big fluffy white foam that, much like Carrot Top, just will not go away. Lacing so pretty I wanna pour it over a nice pair of legs. Big musty aroma, little bit of lemongrass, smells like something I wanna lick. Bone dry and yet still lots of malt there, perfect example of how to abuse a good yeast, I fucking love it. Great bittersweet finish. KimJohansen (7173), Copenhagen V, Denmark

Aroma of typical saison, slight cheesy, slight spicy, some orange, citrus. Taste is in between a saison and a triple. High carbonation. Bit sweet maybe. bierkoning (6103), La Tropica, Netherlands

Flowery citric hops and fresh cheese in the somewhat flowery aroma. Citric, "funky", cheesy flavor with grapefruit. Grassy, hopbitter aftertaste. Lovely beer! Good-looking hazy pale golden covered by a medium, but lasting white head.Yeasty, spicy, bready nose. It feels authentic enough, belgian-style and complemented by fitting, refreshing wheat. Quite peppery nature and with its natural brother that lemon can be. This citric addition adds a refreshing, gentle acidity. It is perhaps the best way to block out some of the apricot and peachy juiciness that gets a bit too sweet. Surprisingly, I can perceive some alcohol warmth. That’s not very welcome I must say. Light-bodied, engaging heavy carbonation. I can only remain skeptical as to why they switched to this recipe instead of their stunning smaller Saison.
