Commercial Description:
Southampton Trappist-style TRIPLE ale is our rendition of this classic, deceptively strong style of golden ale. Brewed with the highest respect for the tradition of the great Belgian Trappist brewers.

An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty combined with a light note of wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast and wheat, as well as lighter notes of alcohol.

Bottled. Almost clear golden, minimal head.-´ Fruity glue aroma. Sweet and papery with medium body. Flavour of orange, wheat malt and glue, together with canned pineapple in syrup. Some late bitterness. A bold and cardboardy, rather lifeless tripel.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of Storm/Grovlam. Hazy, pale golden with tiny impurities and a white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Medium body, sweetish fruity with a solid pale maltiness and touches of yeast before a dry finish. 191207

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Light spiced yeasty aroma, mild sweet caramel malt note. Flavour starts with a sweet caramel, goes into a light mellow yeasty note. Light bubblegum note towards rubber. Ends with a dry and light spiced finish. I do seem to sense some hops along the way, but quite subdued.
