| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 18, 2009 12oz bottle. Hazy orange-tan color. Intensely crisp upon the first sip, but mellows into a smooth sweet malty mouthfeel with a crisp, lemony finish. I suppose this is done in the American Wheat style, and with that in regard, it is quite nice. Sugary and almost corny, in a non-adjunct way. Middle of the road, but done with class. shawnm213 (985), South Bend, Indiana, USA

That being said - it has a weak flavor, light taste and no palate. And worst of all - low alcohol. JPDIPSO (4929), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 8, 2009 Lightly hazed, light straw color liquid with a voluminous slightly off-white head. Interesting scents of dry wheat and cereal, lime, celery, and grassy weeds. I’ll bite, a bit earthy nose. Nose mellows after a short period of time revealing more wheat and malt. Brash grassy, earthy, herbal hops attach from the start. Lightly acidic fruit in the middle, perhaps peach and mango. More herbal hops in the finish and into the linger. Shares some e of the characteristic of GL Grassroots. Was never a big fan of American/Wheat ales to begin with. This new twist is not to my liking. Elwood (677), Leesburg, Virginia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 6, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow with a small, foamy, white head. Light wheat and grain nose with honey and floral notes as well. Medium-high carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Wheat, lemon, mineral, honey, grass, a little spice, and a touch of soap on the palate. There is a lingering soap and malt finish. Overall a mild and refreshing wheat. bitbucket (2036), Kirkland, Washington, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 5, 2009 Bottle @beer:30. Pours nearly clear gold with a thin white head. Lightly floral aroma with some honey and a hint of sourness. Medium body, somewhat watery texture with moderate carbonation. The taste is sort of nondescript, but hoppier than expected for the style, which was a nice surprise. Earthy dry finish. cking (1041), North Canton, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 27, 2009 Soft aroma of lemon and grass, not much else. Straw yellow color with a hazy body, 3/4" fuzzy head, and spotty lacing. Balanced feel with a sharp, quick bitter bite. Light bodied with an empty finish. Grainy flavor with plenty of dry wheat and mild, bland hops. A touch of citrus zest and flowers. Kind of blah in the grand scheme of things.
