12 oz. bottle from Baba Budan’s in Cincinnati. Pours clear gold with virtually no head, and the little there is vanishes quickly. Weak aroma with notes of hops, wheat, fruit, and sugar. Flavor is also disappointingly weak, with a little each of wheat, citrus, and hops. Light body and very smooth, medium carbonation. Crisp, quick finish. Very easy to drink but underwhelming in every way. Southern Tier can do so much better than this.

Clear golden with a tiny head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and wheat and mild hoppy notee. Flavour was sweet and wheaty with hops, lemons and malty notes. Finished mild bitter.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow-amber with a bubbly white ring. Crisp aroma, of wheat, citrus, spices, malt. Taste starts crisp, with wheat and citrus, then picks up a hoppy bitterness, with malt and spices. Lingering crispness. Not bad.

Surprisingly sweet with notes of honey, oranges, melon and plenty of tea-like tannins. There’s also a bit of a metallic undercurrent that doesn’t work for me. Brilliantly clear golden body is topped by a decent white head that recedes rapidly to a lasting cover with some lacing. Citrus is apparent along with some pine-like hop character a bit of corn. Bitterness is quite pronounced and I’m noting that metallic undercurrent in the nose carries through in the flavour. Odd aftertaste - it’s quite briney and a bit vegetal and brings pickles to mind. Light body with moderate carbonation. This just isn’t working out for me all that well. Tulip glass. Just above fridge temperature. Bottle purchased at Brewery Creek in Jul-09.

Pours a hazy golden with a small white diminishing head. Sweet and quite bitter. Some aromas of honey. Also some fruits. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Dry finish.

Bottle [12oz]. Pours a clear bubbly gold with an average size fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus fruit, yeast, lightly toasted malt and mild hops. Flavour of light spices, hops, wheat and a good bitter finish. Average bodied. Interesting beer, like a Pale Ale mixed with a Wheat -- I liked it.

Bottle. Creamy good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hopy aroma. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palale. Boring and un-interresting beer.
