Bottle. Pours a clearish yellow with 1/2" of head. Smells of sweet grass. Slightly sweet grass flavor with a bit of malt. OK

12oz - Pale gold color, good lace from nice white head. Sour hops nose, very mild. A little malt on the palate, pinch of hops at end but little else. A summer guzzler maybe.

Pours a semi-hazy pale copper with thin layer of offwhite head. Suprisingly citrusy, like lemongrass, Don’t really care for it personally, but not a bad beer.

From a bottle poured straw color with a good amount of head. Nice light refreshing hoppy flavor with a quick finish.

pale gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma is banana fruitiness, wheat malt, some soapy hopiness perhaps? Flavour is fruity light citrusy hop over a grainy malt body.

Bottle 12fl.oz. @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate hoppy, perfume, orange, soap, earth, sweet tabaco notes, light pine wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and orange peel bitter with a long duration, spicy - peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091012]

clear yellow, smooth thick white head. aromatic sweetish aroma, dry, a bit flowery. very nice. flavor is rather sweet and fruity, wheaty, drinkable, but too sweet in a weird way i think. would take this one instead of a macro pale something though.

Clear golden pour lots of carbonation that dissipates no head slight hop aroma and wheat .... taste of malt wheat and a slight bitter hop finish ... light bodied very easy drinking little earthy ... not an exciting beer but not a drain pour its "meh"

THOUGHTS: Decent what, but I was disappointed that it wasn’t bottle conditioned. It looked awful, but smelled and tasted pretty good and that’s what really matters, right? It seemed more peachy than citric to me, which is odd for a wheat beer. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a hazy, medium yellow with a very small head that fully diminished. The aroma was peachy and floral, with moderate to heavy yeast and some wheat. The initial flavor was acidic and slightly sour; while the finish was slightly bitter, sort of acidic and rather sour with a short duration. There was peach, wheat and yeast. The light to medium body was slightly syrupy then dry with tingly carbonation and a slightly chalky and lightly astringent finish.
