I know this is going to be one damn good beer. And I’m right. Southern Tier just doesn’t let down. Sweet and fruity throughout (cherry and oak), bitter finish. Goes down smooth. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, and a alcoholic finsh but good balanced. Really good hoppy stuff. Very fruity, lots of lychee and pine plus a good hit of tropical fruit. Lasting bitter finish. Really drinkable for the abv. Can’t help but like Southern Tier.
