Appearance: Slightly hazy, yellow with a nice frothy head. Aroma: Wheat, cherry (although I may be imagining it!), lemons, malt, slight leather, some alcohol. Flavour: yeast and wheat, some spiciness, alcohol, the cherries are certainly there but very vague, nice long bitter finish. Not bad at all. dpjuart (670), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Feb 18, 2009 Bomber. Pours yellow with fizzy white head, 1 finger, dissipating to nothing but film. High carb. Nose is cherry and bready with mild rubbing alcohol. Fake cherry taste with extremely dry finish, astringently bitter, mild chocolaty-woody flavor there too. Just, not that good. 21iceman40 (1731), vienna, West Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 6, 2009 This was an interesting take on the saison style. I usually dont have them with a cherry vibe to them. I didnt get much in the aroma, probably just me and all the spicy chicken i had just cooked penetrating the fresh air. It was aight, nothing special. Had some decent cherry quality to it and was very smooth. However, I feel when making a saison you are entitled and almost obligated to go crazy with the ingrediants and flavors and this doesnt happen here. SpringsLicker (2043), Tennessee, USA

Clear gold with an average sized white head.
Light malt nose. Not much cherry anywhere.. Some yeast.
Balanced light sweetness with a light bitterness. Again, not much cherry anywhere.
Otherwise uncomplicated, light and refreshing. Hophead22 (1105), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA

Light cherry aroma, a little yeast aroma. Slightly sweet, not much cherry, that I could tell at least. Very drinkable though, not bad, but not a favorite style either. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 1, 2009 0.65 l bottle at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy yellow orange color. Sweetish, perfumed and very clovey aroma with orange and woody spices. Sweet strongly spicy flavor with clove, mango, orange and grapefruit. This needs less clove and more cherry. Now cherry is barely noticeable. Sammy (4062), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 29, 2009 Pours saison light yellow, with generous head, leaving some lace down the glass. aroma is some yeast, like an American saison brewed with aroma not to offend. Only secondary of cherry. The taste-saison, a bit above average carbonation, medium mouthfeel, the cherry taste is in the finish and aftertaste. Drying. Not a bad one.
