Aug 16, 2009 Enjoyed on tap at Coles. A very good IPA. Some hop aroma. Dark cola colour with edges of light, and a big bubbly white head. Big hoppiness, DIPA level, yet still gentle on the palate. Lace dots. Very drinkable.

Aug 8, 2009 2009-08-01. Dark amber body with a modest tan head. (3+) Pleasant hoppy aroma, leafy with light resin notes. (7+) Flavour is similar, leafy hop and light resin is pleasant. Average palate. Pretty nice, very drinkable. Growler at BCTC

Jul 22, 2009 Tap at Coles. Pours a medium to deep woody amber- wand a nice fluffy head. Aroma is nicely floral citrus hops, slight sharp big burnt malt, or nutty chocolate, with some good fruity esters and fruity hops balancing out. Flavor is slight sharp caramel and sweet upfront but lots of good hops in there as well. Piney- citrus, and a cold smoke resinous big c hoppiness. Resinous and a bit tacky in the finish- good stuff.

Aug 10, 2009 Growler at BCTC 2009: Thanks swoopjones. Deep rusty copper pour with a dense tan film. Fruity hop aroma- some tropical fruit hop character (Amarillo?) along with some crystal malt grains. Creamy body. Grainy in the flavor with a dry crystal malt presence. Both fruity and resinous with a mango/peach presence and a moderately bitter finish. A solid IPA.

Aug 20, 2009 [2406-20090801] Growler. Hoppy grassy rich toast aroma. Clear, light amber brown body with a quick bubbly white head. Rich hoppy grass flavour seems lightly toasted. Medium body is bitter. Great hoppy, rich and wow.

Jun 2, 2009 On tap at Coles, Buffalo NY. Pours a lighter brown/amber. Smaller white head. Aromas of piney resiny hops. Taste is quite hoppy, full of pine, sweet malt finish. Very drinkable

Jun 11, 2009 Draft at Cole’s. Rich copper/amber body, thin white head. Nose is piney hops & rich malt - not huge, but nice. Flavor is confusing but great - huge Columbus character (mango/mint) and caramel from the Inequity but tempered by a cleaner pine from the IPA. Long lingering caramel & piney/columbus finish (tangerine/mint/mango). They should offer this year round.

Jun 4, 2009 Draft at Coles. Pours amber brown with a thin head. Huge smack you in the face hop aroma, citrus, floral, pine, it’s all there. The flavor starts with a huge dose of hops, with citric, piny and grassy notes, rounds out with some sweet malty hints, and finishes with a nice hoppy sweetness. Sweetness and bitterness are well balanced, very easy to drink. I walked in craving hops and this beer really did the trick.
