I love sweet stuff, so where we go! Clear though very dark brown with a small baige head. Sweet milky chocolate aroma, loeads of it. Has notes of vanilla, caramel fudge and alchohol aswell. The sweetness carries into the flavor aswell, this is a full dessert! The alchohol is nicely balancing out the sweetness. At first i found it a little strong, but its all good. The finish is a little bitter, so hops are in there. I like it alot!

Almost black with a small beige head that leaves some lacings on the glass as it settles. A very strange smell. It smells more like pasty or cookies than a stout. Burnt sugar, vanilla, toffee - well, it smells like creme brulee. Beneath this massive wall of dessert-like aromas, some muted aromas or roasted malts and a hint of coffee are noticeable. The taste is an absolute mess. It’s cloyingly sweet with overpowering notes of vanilla, burnt sugar, caramel and toffee. I get the exact same feeling of pastry, cookies or other desserts that I got from the smell. Some stout flavors or roasted malts, dark fruits and chocolate beneath it all. The finish is quite bitter, but the bitterness is off queue and fails to level the sweetness. A hint of wood at the end. Full-bodied and creamy thick texture that makes the beer quite heavy. Too strange and too sweet to ever get interesting. It’s definitely one of a kind, I’ll give the brewery that. And the fact that it tastes so much like creme brulee is quite impressive. But it still isn’t a good beer. It’s basically just a cloyingly sweet dessert disguised as a stout, and if I want a dessert, I’ll get a dessert, not a beer. A black colored beer, with a thick beige head. The aroma of (hopjesvla (Dutch dessert)) nearest English word "toffee". There is caramel with vanilla. The tatste is a little bitter with again the hopjesvla (toffee). It’s sweet and some dry. The aftertaste is bittersweet with toffee and vanilla.

Aroma: Big Stout aroma dark malt with lots of chocolate.
Appearance: Dark Brown in color, Clear with a light head.
Flavor: Tons of flavors, Chocolate, caramel and vanilla which was smoothing the flavor.
Overall: This had tons of flavors and was easy to drink. Impy? Really? Had a hard time finding this was a big stout. But I would drink it again fro sure.

Dark brown pour. This beer is dominated by butterscotch candy, also toffee, vanilla, burnt sugar, cream, and then bitter hops. The hops seem very unfitting in this brew. It does taste good, but it’s so sweet and a little bit of a train wreck.

Pours deep black with nice tan colored head. Aroma is overwhelmingly butterscotch (Think Werther’s candy). Flavor follows suit, very sweet flavors of butterscotch and vanilla. A very good stout, but would rate much higher by me if the flavor and aroma where more subtle. Too sweet to drink more than a few ounces.

Pours a nice dark black, with no head, and appears a little thin. The aroma is amazing! Smells of vanilla and butterscotch from over a foot away. Aroma leads you astray though. Taste is very very overwhelming. Too much going on at once. As others have said, very cloying and very syrupy. Body is a bit thin. Aftertaste is better than the taste of the beer itself.

The appearance is typical for the style with a dark red brown color bordering on black with an average head for the style. The head is foamy and fizzy making it not quite right bu still nice. The aroma is probably the best I have ever encountered. It has the richest Creme Beulee I have ever encountered, maybe even more than the real thing. Outstanding! The taste is not as impressive but still quite good. It has cream, chocolate, coffee, caramel, molasses, toffee, and bitter hops. The bitter hops ruin what could possibly be one of the best combination of flavors in any beer. The mouthfeel is only average bordering on thin and not right for the style. The drinkability is seriously hurt by the astringent hops but this is a seriously good beer!
