Dry wheat and honey on the nose, very breakfast cerealy. Golden.....erm....honey color. Oak everywhere, creamy softness and toasted coconut. All of these components work really well together, though overall it’s a little cloying.

Courtesy of Ryan. Thanks for bringing this one Ryan, as well as the awesome pickles. Pours brownish with white head, light lingering golden lacing. Aroma is fruity with notes of sweet fruits, banana, coconut, very faint notes of the oak. Taste has a little nutty feel, light oak and vanilla, fruity with smooth and sweet mouthfeeel.God warming abv, but the overall experience is rather on the low side. Sadly, the beer gets this near extract mouthfeel that just seem to be too upfront, and somehow ruin the experience.

Thanks Gillard for the share. Pours an orange/ gold with white head. Aroma is honey, oak, pepper, alcohol, and a note of pear. Some malt, some coconut, almond, with a big honey sweetness.

Bottle, courtesy Gilliard. Pours a golden bronze color, with creamy white lacing and minimal head. Nose is big on heat and brown sugar, honey, some slight oak. Flavors of caramel, slight vanilla and oaky notes, very dense touch of smoke in the very end. Creamy body, smooth, drinkable, but flavor-wise it’s kinda lame.

Bomber bottle...slightly cloudy copper, with a beige head...oak + alcohol aromas with some honey...creamy smooth body...strong oak flavors...some hops, a bit of honey and a lot of alcohol...good though...may need more aging to mellow out the alcohol presence....and by the commercial description I can see the biscotti , but I don’t believe I’d ever pick that out on my own, as I only have biscotti about once a year or less

Bottle (Thanks CSA - we drank this at NewYears Evening). Clear amber - White head. Caramel, wood, oak, fruity, sulfor, a bit simple - a bit like a european strong lager. - Xtra notes: Ashes, vanilla, cocoa, earthy.

Bottle shared by MaxxDaddy. Dull orange pour, almost no head. Buttery, light hops in the aroma, very hot, boiled vegetables, more butter. Yuck. A touch of banana esters is the only touch of Belgian (or yeast at all) here. Flavor is malt sweet, some oxidized, old apple, peanut and chestnut maybe. Yuck. Ridiculously far from the style, not even remotely close to a Belgian or decent BA beer.
