A solid example of what highly mesmerized carbonation and an excellent balance of hops can produce. Tastes kinda pissy but settles like a leaf falling gently to the ground. The abv is present the whole time, so ingest slowly.

Bottle. From Jimbo. Pretty nice, although hop aroma and flavor was more muted than I expected. Didn’t pop out of the bottle like I had expected. Pretty good, but I think this could have been a little fresher.

Bottle. Pours a lovely almost glowing relatively clear orange with a large toffee beige head. Some malt, lots of nice piney hops, with some big citrus notes as well, and that lovely pineapple note that keeps me loving all things hoppy. Body is on the thicker side of medium, and a bit sweet and rather malty. Nice long grapefruit finish. Rather tasty, and definitely as tasty as the two beers from which it is made.

Pours clear orange with a wonderful, staying, creamy, white head. Fat hoppy aroma, grapefruit en masse, red apples, bready malts, some lemons. Lightish mouthfeel, fair dryness. Actually, it feels a bit thin. Flavour is lightly hoppy, not as bitter as expected. Light caramel maltiness and a high amount of sugars left in the brew. Feels abit too sticky and sweet. There must have been so much hops as dryhop and aroma-hops, but they should certainly have added much more bittering.
