Bottle thanks to GMCC2181. Pours a gold with off-white head. Aroma of very nice hoppiness, pine and citrus. Flavor is malty, hoppy, citrus, nice bitter. Mouth feel is heavy body with medium - high carbonation. Overall, pretty good shit!

650 ml bottle from a KW group private order. pours light opper/golden, slightly hazy, with a mid sized white head and great lace. big hop nose with some light honey and light pale malts. big hops flavour with just enough malt to hold it together. big in the mouth. not overly complex. just a straight forward hop bomb of a IIPA. better then the sum of its parts.

Was very eager to try this since I am a big fan of unearthly. This beer really calms down some of the assultive qualities of unearthy while still giving a complex drinking expereince. First off it is a great looking beer with its yellow/orange color and gorgous head that lasts till the bottom of the glass. The smell was orange with a bit of the pine in the background. flavor was much of the same with just enough bitterness to tease you. A must try for any southern tier fan.

Pours a mid dark golden with a frothy white head. Aromas here are of pineapple, citrus, and pine. Aromas carry to the flavors with that citrus note from the hoppe and a lesser but still prominent pine note with a touch of malt for a backbone. Sweet and bitter. Alcohol is almost perfectly hidden. My only wish is that it was thicker. I liked the idea of combining their Hoppe and Unearthy.

Bottle... Poured orange with a big white head. Buttery malts and big floral hops on the nose. Thick, foamy palate with yeasty esters that created tangy fruit notes that complimented the hop bitterness. Citrus fruits in the finish.

Bottle - This was such a tasty beer. Everything Southern Tier does seems to be done top notch. The hop flavor and sweet malt work so well. I never thought a hoppy wheat would work, but it sure does.

The bottle looks great and the description send my hopes up high. Hazy amber look with a thick white head. With the amount of hops used in the different part of the brewing process i was expecting to get blown away by the aroma, but maybe it just has to be fresher or from tap, i dont know, but the aroma was nothing more then an avarage amount of grape mixed with orange beel and caramel. Flavor was quite malty with a thick chewy palate. Quite sweet and heavy with the alchohol abv being over the top and the hops being in the background though definetly there, especially in the finish. The wheat i didnt sense at all. For a beer as "special" as this i think its just quite plain and simple...oh well, still enjoyed it.

Bottle at Andys. Poured a hazy orange in color with a nice fluffy white head. Citrusy hoppy malty aroma. Orange, grapefruity and piney notes. Fruity malty flavor. Caramel cherry and floral notes. Finish is bitter. Full bodied. Very drinkable. Very nice beer.
