Trace ring of off-white head. Big nose. Citrus, floral, grassy hop aromas. Full bodied with a fresh cluster hop flavor. Decent crisp citrus effervescence. Moderate malt character. Totally hop driven. Sweet, grassy hops. Super fresh. A less sweet Un*Earthly. Different from the parts, but integrated wonderfully. willblake (2189), Belcamp, Maryland, USA

Sweet new foil printed label and I’m glad they did away with the wax. Two good ideas going on with this beer-- the blending, and the marketing that lets folks know it’s blended. The beer is an orange tinged copper with creamy, lasting white head that sheets lace. Nice citrus aromas, lots of grapefruit and some orange, cracker and grassy maltiness is subtle. Flavor is a good balance of light malts and hops in keeping with the aroma. Medium body. Lightly boozy, but not bad considering it’s advertised size. Sweet, bitter finish with lingering resinous bite. Yum. It’s starting to bug me how many beers I’m having for the umpteenth time that I’m finding I’ve never rated. I’ve always found the unearthly to be a bit big and the hoppe a big weak, but together, they’re great! Big time hop aroma with a crisp finish. The wife even liked this one.
