| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 21, 2008 bottel: pours a good orange colour witha smalll quick white head. aroma is a fantastic hop aroma of great citrus hops with a mixture of pine hops too. the kind of hop aroama i am always looking for. behind all the hops is a real nice malt profile. flavour is great with an upfront pine hop bitterness and hop flavour that goes into the good malt sweetness. finishes with a near perfect hops and dry bitterness. great palate also. | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 21, 2008 A very nice combination of the two different beers. Overall very hoppy with some nice different accents that are the result of the combination. Sweet hops from the Hoppe while the UnEarthly provided the ending bitterness. A great beer. jmikolich (405), Athens, Ohio, USA

Pours with a big fluffy white head, lots of hop bitterness but this time its balanced out by the hoppe instead of in your face, down your throat bitterness provided by straight Un*Earth.
Glad i got to try this...
PS: The wax was extremely frustrating, took about as long to open the wax as drink the whole bottle. mgumby10 (1858), Jupiter, Florida, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 18, 2008 Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Smells very floral, alot of juicy grapefruit hops, with touches of pine. More on the fruity side. Very sharp and crisp hops attack right away. Alot more bitter pine in the flavor than the citrus that I got in the nose. Goes down pretty easy despite the decent alcohol burn in the finish and aftertaste. Very good double IPA, doesnt overpower you too much and while not perfectly balanced, was moreso than not. This brewery continues to shine. GregClow (2499), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Mar 18, 2008 Bottle from Premier Gourmet, Buffalo - picked up for me by HogTownHarry. Slightly hazy golden-amber with a good sized white head. Delicious aroma of citrus and pineapple, and a hint of toffee in the background. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Flavour has lots of orange and grapefruit, with hints of vanilla (kinda reminds me of a creamsicle, actually), and some resiny notes in the finish. Alcohol comes through a bit as it warms, but not as much as you might expect from a 10.5%er. Another winner, ST! bfeldmann (1042), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
