22 oz. bottle courtesy of jasonmech77 - Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a one finger thick off white head. Very light tiny spotted lacing. Aroma is mostly hops - floral, light citrus, and pine. Flavor is sweet hops with a touch of malt. Palate is fairly smooth for a 2IPA. Medium body. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. A very enjoyable beer. Thanks a ton Jason.

It pours an orange color with not too much head. The aroma is a bit alcoholic but with plenty of piney hops. It is definitely maltier than I would think in the aroma. The flavor follows through with that maltiness, but it still has a sharp bite from the hops. Most surprising is the malt aspect though that seems uncharacteristically sweet and at times fruity for a Double IPA, but works here, I think. The finish is nice and dry. A good and slightly different double IPA.

Thanks mwelsh13 for this! Very orange in color w/ very little head. Aroma is maltier than expected, and it’s an odd maltiness. Hops are piny. Also, a lot of honey in there. Flavor: moderate bitterness for an IIPA. Hops are still very piny & a bit earthy. You can’t taste the alcohol but you feel it a little bit in the mouthfeel and finish. Finish is funky; a little yeasty and bready, I think. I’m having trouble pinpointing what’s what. It may be only because I read wheat on the ingredients list on the bottle, but it seems like that comes through in the finish. And maybe the wheat is what’s giving me trouble in the aroma as well, but there’s some kind of fruit tied in with that too. Mouthfeel is good, I was worried it was gonna be sticky, but it’s pretty dry.

Pours a nice cloudy reddish orange with a typical off-white IPA head. The aroma has some very pronounced pine and citrus notes, but there is something really unique in there too, maybe some spicy/fruit wheat notes? The flavor is more intense pine and citrus coupled with a nice spicy/alcohol flavor - the finish is clean, but also a bit soapy from all the hop bitterness. The palate is more or less ideal for the style - medium bodied with some creamy smoothness to go along with the high alcohol content. Overall a really nice beer, with a very memorable aroma.

22oz. bomber. After nearly killing myself trying to take the wax off, it pours a crystal clear amber color with a medium sized white head. Aroma is big time grapefruit, some pine and a touch of cannabis. Flavor starts off somewhat sweet, with lots of caramel malt before turning quite bitter with lots of grapefruit pith and some grassiness. A bit chalky on the palate which started to bother me by the end of the bottle. I personally liked the Unearthly better, but only had that on tap.

Hazy orange pour with fizzy white head. Aromas of pine, citrus, and hops overall! Intence flavors of citrus and pine. This one almost stings the back of your throat when it goes down because its so hoppy. Another great brew from ST!

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pine needles, resin, sweat, grapefruit and citrus peel. Fruity, seriously hoppy taste with the same components as the aroma: pine needles, resin, citrus, grapefruit, red-currant, caramel and lots of piney hops in a long finish. Medium body, not overly sweet. Alcohol very well hidden behind the layers of hops. Very nice and drinkable hop bomb.
