Clear amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is simple malt with light flowery hops. Flavour is very concentrated, slightly artifical simple caramell malt with a light floral and piney hop character. Ends way too sweet for the style. Serve as recommended too cold so you dont get too much of all that malt sweetness..

bottle courtesy of bonk0076, thanks man! pours a crispy yet hazed golden color with a thick off white head. as a mix betyween the 2 beers, its very successful. a lot of the sweet malt notes from the unearthly are much less present in the nose and the palate. there are lots of hops, nice and bitter! the alcohol is very well hidden, much more than unearthly, there is no heat at all, could be 6.5% for all i know. great brew, they never fail!

BIG BEER!!! Hunka, hunka hoppy beer. Poured with a nice sized, fine foam, off white head and good lace. Color is a very slightly hazy amber. Aroma is massively grapefruit hop and a bit of malt to stand up to it. Flavor is pretty much more of the same. Masterfully done but overmuch grapefruit for my taste. Great body and carbonation. Finish follows the trend. Don’t really pick up on the alcohol until the very bitter end (sorry). Proly too strong for a session.

Bottle at a tasting. Pours hazy amber. Nose is yeasty and hoppy. Fruity and piny with hints of grapefruit. Taste is very fruity with lots of grapefruity hops.

Bomber - Poured an orange copper color with small white head. Hops are mixed and matched which produces a sweet earthen pine hop aroma. Light and sweet, bread with some dry bitterness.

from crackedkettle.com - blond-orange colour with a poor head retention; solid aromatic hoppiness with notes of lavender honey and quince; quite full-bodied; fairly tasty palate; long bitter and fruity finish with more honeyish and piney notes - a superb double ipa with a never aggressive bitterness

pours orange, thin off-white head. aroma, grassy and pine hops, citrus and grapefruit. flavor, malty, with hints of pine hops, pilsner malts, tangy fruits - grapefruit, nice bitter sweet palate with a mix of caramel malts and hops that give it a smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle/22 - Poured a medium dark orange amber in color with a small white head that faded quickly to a thin covering over the top of the beer. The remaining head produced some heavy lacing on the glass. Aroma is very hoppy... pine resin, mild grapefruit, some floral... and accompanied by a fair amount of malty sweetness... caramel or honey. Some fruity esters... white grape mostly. Flavor is surprisingly sweet, given the amount of hops used to make it. Hops not has apparent as in the aroma... some pine resin and floral... medium bitter. Finish is initially malty sweet, but it is bitter as it fades. Not typical of the average IIPA as it is really too sweet, but along with the level of hopping in the beer it seems to work for me... I like it.
