The aroma...wow! The nose is a beautiful blend of "candied" citric and lightly resinous hops over pale/caramel malt. Light to medium-bodied and soft with a nice, moderate, tongue-squeezing bitterness that lingers beyond the swallow. Sweet, lightly bready and caramel malt flavors with solid citric hops in support; it finishes with a nice bitterness. This beer was a nice surprise despite the fact that beastiefan2k had told me it was his favorite ST beer. I should’ve known it had to be good given he’s generally such a pussy when it comes to hoppy beers. ;) Theis (3791), Denmark

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 20, 2009 Clear yellow, soggy white head. Excellent hoppy aroma, very bright and dynamic. yes. dynamic. Very WC in character, lacks malt balance, but as a standalone beer I really enjoy the strong hop character. Very light bodied and almost weak. I’d drink 4 before I knew it. doubleo (1121), San Diego, California, USA

Herbal and citrus hops with some lemon and grapefruit. Not the hop bomb aroma I was expecting but still hoppy and nice.
Crisp and very refreshing. Light citrus and fruit with minimal but well done malt notes. Some grapefruit and lemon and maybe a hint of orange. Perfectly carbonated body. Crisp feel.
This would be marvolous on a warm afternoon but works just as well on a cool fall evening. Could easily do 4 or so pints because it doesn’t kill your tongue. Lovely. (Draught at Thrash Zone, Yokohama) jmm635 (269), Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 17, 2009 Hazy straw color with a small white head. Fresh hop aroma with some nice citrus notes. Has a flavor mostly dominated by hops, but does have a slight malty sweetness that balanced things nicely. Quite refreshing, but overall nothing real special. yinzerbeernut (63), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
