Citrus grapefruit aroma. Flavor of orange peel, lemonbread, white pepper, and a pleasant hop bitter finish. Very nice for a wheat beer indeed! Barrios (875), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 2, 2009 Yellow with a foamy white head. Smells of light hoppiness and white grapes. Taste is light and refreshing, with just enough hops to give it a great flavor. Great for mowing the lawn on a summer day, without being too light. I am surprised by this. I really like it.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 28, 2008 (bottle, courtesy of beerbill) Pours hazy light gold with a scant white head. Aroma is dominant with citrus hops (mostly orange peel), light pine, and upon warming, a bit of canned green beans. The taste starts out with a light sweetness that becomes increasingly grainy as it warms, but the finish is a mixture of citric hops and tart wheat, which yields a tea-like astringency. The mouthfeel is appropriately light and refreshing. This would make for an adequate session beer during the summer months. Thanks Bill! FlssmrBrewAlum (1186), Lisle, Illinois, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 20, 2008 12 oz. bottle courtesy of the Binny’s singles rack (Orland Park, IL). Pours a nice delicate, well carbonated gold with a touch of haze. Big white bubbly head that begins to dissipate immediately. Aromas are wheaty, some citrusy hoppiness mixed with that raw wheat malt feel. Initial taste takes a lemony citrus zest approach with light hoppiness mixed with subtle cereal-esque flaked wheat malt. Head remains large, big bubbles, laces in patches. A bit doughy in the body, typical of the American Wheat. A bit flowey, a nice summer sessioner. Cheers! cloudstrife (50), Rochester, New York, USA

Very pale creamy color with a white head that began thick then thinned out after a short bit. Very citrusy smell. Carbonated feel for this orange tasting wheat beer. Went in with low expectations, but musta forgot it was a Southern Tier because it is a good beer. Wish it was a hot day in the middle of the summer to sit in the sun and enjoy this beer. Overall an enjoyable wheat beer, not the most convinced on the citrus they chose but nothing I would ever think of wasting. msante79 (857), Orland Hills, Illinois, USA

Aroma is wheats, citrus and grassy hops. Flavor citrusy with wheat and hops. Finishes grainy with touch of yeast. Pretty good beer to enjoy on a hot summer day. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 2, 2008 Draught @ Cole’s. Clear pale golden, some off-white head, and lace. Citrusy, grassy hops like the sun shining on orange blossoms. Thins out at the end, unfortunately. Is grainy in body. The aroma is more playful. Body is all grain and less hop and less fun but still, it’s sessionable and good.
