The aroma has some fairly obvious peach and bread dough. This is sweet. The taste has light hints of dirty socks and some peach skins. A little bit of banana peel is in the finish. A decent brew that is like a mild APA mixed with a hefe. Goodgrief (1153), Middletown, Delaware, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 19, 2008 Golden pour, clear, almost no head or lacing. Aroma was hoppy. This is almost the hop-water ipa version of a wheat beer...very thin on wheat. A lot of citrus type hop flavor. Ok but not great. urraca (44), New Jersey, USA

I love wheat beers, and this has the smooth and light drinkability of a nice, wheaty summer beer. But wow, a nice touch of hops bitterness comes in and overpowers it and prvoides a great, crisp finish, unlike in most summer brews. hiphop (84), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 15, 2008 After a recent trip to Premier Gourmet, I opted to have this one out of the bottle before crossing back in Ontario to avoid paying duty. I should have waited, it was more intense than I thought. As always, Southern Tier delivered hops to the senses. This one cleared the palate clean and left me burping piney hops all the way back to Toronto. Overall, a great take on the wheat ale style with a bold infusion of hops that should moderately satisfy any hophead on a warm day. AllAboutStout (605), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 11, 2008 Pours a very light, clear, gold in color. Smell is some very nice hops. Taste is bitter hops and crisp. Mouthfeel is good and full. There is the obvious wheat characteristics, but there’s also the typical lemony flavors and grassy notes as well. This would be a great spending all weekend out in the sun and partying kind of beer. Good stuff. sleepylopes (313), New York, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 9, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear, bright golden yellow with a small bubbly head that has a slight bit of wispy retention and minimal lacing. Smell is of lemons, lots of lemons with sweet wheat and malt undertones. Taste is also a big lemony bitter kick up front with a very subtle malty wheat sweetness. Mouthfeel is super crisp and clean, light bodied. This is a great summer beer and very drinkable. Probably a little heavy on the lemon for my liking, but still a really good wheat beer.
