Commercial Description:
Pour Hop Sun Summer Wheat Beer into a pint glass, give it a long whiff and you'll realize that this isn't your average wheat beer. Filtered to a golden clarity and dry-hopped to perfection, Hop Sun is a fantastic session ale in which flavors of wheat, barley and hops co-mingle to a refreshing and zesty conclusion. Hints of lemon and sweet malts waft to the fore as a touch of bitterness contributes to Hop Sun's bright finish. Enjoy Hop Sun all summer long as a perfect balance to your outdoor recreation. Summer never tasted so good.

Straight out of the bottle on a warm sunny spring day. Now I have poured this into a pint glass before and it is a typical yellow beer with a decent size head. Flavor is of hops and lemon. Not to much wheat. Crisp beer great for thirst quenching on a hot day. More flavor then most wheat beers I have come across.

Not as good as some of the other summer brews out there. Taste and appearance was just so-so. Not bad, but nothing extraordinary either.

12 oz bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite hoppy. Flavor is hoppy with a touch of lemon and yeast. This beer is extremely refreshing.

Crisp yeast, wheat, lemon on the nose and palate. Golden color, small head. Hopy undertones. A hop lovers take on a summer beer.

12 oz bottle. Nice summer beer. I can drink a case of this. Sunny, citrusy lemony nose with a touch of (I think) centennial and amarillo hops. Simple, yet tasty malt backbone with a twinge of lemon and ample flavoring addition of PacNW c-hops. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness - very clean yeast character. Can’t really pick up any wheat, though. Very quaffable, drinkable body with moderate carbonation. Tastes like a mix between a quality American Pale Ale with the drinkability of a lite beer. I can’t believe it...an American Wheat that’s somewhat memorable.

This is one of my favorite summertime beers. Pours golden yellow, white frothy head. Smells grainy, honey, citrus hops. Tastes lemon, cereal, finishes bitter unlike most wheat beers. Very refreshing!

Pours a clear golden color with thin white head. Nothing special about the aroma or flavor. Hints of lemon, wheat and hops. Quite boring and flat. Dissapointing beer from a great brewery.
