Bottle. Poured mostly clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma is light citrus, lemons mostly, some wheat. Good wheat flavor with a nice hop bite, more citrus. Light and refreshing. Good summer brew.

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden body with huge head. Aroma is light lemon citrus, hops. Flavor is light lemony citrus, bitter, a small noticable wheat character. Well carbonated. Very champagne like.

Bottle thanks to 17thfloor. Clear yellow pour with medium creamy head, nice strinky/spotty lacing. Somewhat funky lemony citrus/ hallertauish hop aroma. It’s kinda stinky in that "I cant stop sniffing" way. I cant get past it... but I think I like it! Slightly citrusy up front with a little wheat in the middle followed quickly by that sazz/ hallertau type flavor with an assertive bitterness. Body is a mild with a medium carbonation. Long lasting grassy/ woody hop dryness. Quite nice especially compared to the last sixer I had from ST... the rasberry "porter"...

Light golden pour with some bubbles and a lovely creamy white head. Nice big dry-hopped aroma complimented by caramel and wheat malt. Bitter first taste with a wheaty finish. Very smooth malts, not overly sweet. Oakes is right.. it is closer to an English Golden/Bitter... I really like the Uber-Sun though. The barley overshawdows the wheat flavor..whereas the wheat does lighten the body a bit. Pretty juicy. Good beer.

Had this one bottled in St. Charles, Illinois, thanks Nick! Pours a clear, medium yellow with a thin, white head that laced out nicely; a nice, grassy hoppiness in the nose; clean and tasty hops in the taste, with a nice citrus and wheat balance to it. Tapers to a soft finish. This is a very good beer, and will make a great summertime lawnmower beverage.

Bottle courtesy of Reed415. Thanks!
Pours a nice golden color in a weizen glass with short lived head and lacing. Smell is clean, fresh, light wheat and a crisp significant fruity hop character. Taste is smooth dull wheaty malt, and light hops. Carbonation is low as well and it is milder flavored than the nose would indicate. Needs a touch more flavor, body, and crispness to really shine, but as is, it is still a pretty nice summer beer.

Pale yellow pour. Very clear with nice carbonation and a thick white head. Sweet spicy aroma. Some yeast hints. Bitter yeast and grain flavor. Some burnt malt and alcohol to finish. Nice and refreshing. Good wheat ale.

On tap pours a clear golden color. Has a decent aroma of some hops to it. Has a light to medium mouthfeel and has a smooth hoplike upfront flavor of IPA like goodness. Has a wheat flavor for the finish. Nice brew.
