Pours light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of grassy hops, orange, and light resins. Taste is citrus, floral hops, and light piney resins. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with lush carbonation. Nicely refreshing wheat ale.

From a bottle. Pours crystal clear yelow-gold color. As others have said, it’s hoppy for the style. Starts off sweet -- orange, maybe -- and then becomes slightly bitter. Nice balance. Body and fizz are correct for a warm-weather beer. Refreshing, even when drunk on the last 70 degree day of the year.

Very interesting beer. Golden pour of a filtered wheat but very powerful hoppyness, which is unusual for a wheat.

on tap at souther tier brew co. light gold color with a whitish head. flowery hop taste with a touch of pine. not very complex at all, just all about the hops. very easy to drink; this was the ’closer’ in our summer sessions.

12 oz bottle. Pours orange-straw color with a light white head. The aroma is grain, lightly sweet (which almost seems illusion) wheat and musty yeast. It’s a nicely hopped brew with wheat as a back drop that is noticeable until the very end. Grain and grass. Crisp and medium. Finishes wheaty and musty. Good, clean, fairly simply and clearly American.

12 oz bottle from Sicilliano’s market in Grand Rapids, MI. Clear light amber with large white head. Aroma is a lot of citrus hops with with med sweetness. Flavor is that same citrus hop with med pine bitterness, some wheat, orange and other fruit esters, some red grape, mild alc. Body is medium-thin with mild carb, not as creamy as a lot of wheat beers can be. Overall a solid hopped wheat.
