| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 28, 2007 Updated: Apr 29, 2008Tap at Clark’s, Syracuse. Crystal clear golden with very small white cap of a head. Aroma had some moderate wheat funkiness but was mostly fruity, predominantly apples but some citrus as well. There was a bit of sour apple in the taste as well, some light sweetness, no notable esters or any hop character whatsoever besides a slight bitterness at the finish. High carbonation. Didn’t do too much for me here. Rerate: bottled, better than I remember. Lemony nose, slight tartness, nice floral qualities. adrian910ss (1437), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
