Commercial Description:
Pour Hop Sun Summer Wheat Beer into a pint glass, give it a long whiff and you'll realize that this isn't your average wheat beer. Filtered to a golden clarity and dry-hopped to perfection, Hop Sun is a fantastic session ale in which flavors of wheat, barley and hops co-mingle to a refreshing and zesty conclusion. Hints of lemon and sweet malts waft to the fore as a touch of bitterness contributes to Hop Sun's bright finish. Enjoy Hop Sun all summer long as a perfect balance to your outdoor recreation. Summer never tasted so good.

Bottle. A nice ligt golen color pour with a medium sized fluffy white head, good retention, spotty lacing, medium carbonation. Aroma of floral hops,a little wheat, and some nice little grapefruit notes. Flavor is a bit floral up front with some spice, citrus hops and just a little of the wheat malt, hoppy but with balance, light to medium body ,crisp, refreshing smooth mouthfeel, lightly sweet fuity finish. Very sessionable, I would buy this again

Bottle Pours a clear gold with a small white head. The head is bubbly and stays on top. Laces pretty well. Has an aroma of citrus and wheat. Not super strong but they are there. The carbonation seems a touch low but not bad. The flavor has a sharpness to it. Lightly bitter. This is very drinkable. Has a light body and a watery to oily texture. The finish is good with a soft aftertaste. Not a bad beer.

Bottle. Golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat and citrus hops. Interesting taste of wheat, yeast and hops with a slightly sharp finish. Almost like a fusion of wheat ale and an IPA, though with muted hops.

12 oz bottle- Pours a sparkling gold with a two finger white cap that recedes to a thin ring. Nose is predominately hoppy, citric, quite grassy with some cookie and slight wheat malt. Quite hoppy in the flavour department. Lemon and grapefruit with grassy bitterness, a bit of sweet wheat malts, some spice with some banana and mango. Not really coming across as a wheat to me. More of an APA? Either way it is good ans tasty!

A clear yellow beer a small head, but lots of bubbling from below. Loses appearance points for being unfiltered. The aroma isn’t that hoppy at all, it’s mostly a slightly sweet yeasty, bready wheat beer smell with a hint of light fruit. Not a terribly smell, but not the hops I was expecting. Actually, you know what it smells like, exactly? Honey Nut Cheerios. Weird. The flavor has maybe a hint of fruity hops, but mostly just a watery indistinct macroswill lagery taste, a little grainy. Thin mouthfeel. I’m a huge fan of Southern Tier, so this is a major disappointment.

Sour aroma of wheat, with earthy hops. The color was gold, whitehead. The flavor was more citrusy hops, spicy, cereal grains. The finish was earthy hops, leading to a bitter, sour, dirt-like finish. Not bad overall.

Pours a light golden color with moderate head. Aroma is sweet with hops and malt present, also a nice fruit aroma, but nothing too overpowering. Flavor was a little bitter but quite sweet and also very well balanced. Palate was definitely the best aspect of the beer with a very full taste that lingers in the mouth. Very refreshing beer and very well made.
