Commercial Description:
We craft this much like a sculptor who uses only a hammer and chisel to shape stone into a masterpiece. Hoppe is spawned of these few essentials: barley, wheat, hops, yeast and water. This limited palette is an exercise in minimalism, with refined elements which are deliberately selected. This simple combination creates a golden shimmering brew infused with delicate aromas. The artful nature of this beer is exposed with the first taste. As the malt and hops created a composition of flavors, and elegant finish leaves an impression that your tastes will not soon forget. Don't be deceived by th innocence of Hoppe. Please enjoy in moderation.

Bottle courtesy of sebletitje. Pours a clear amber with a one finger white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of floral and citrus hops with pale malt in the background. Taste is the same as aroma but more prominent. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate to strong amount of bitterness and smooth alcohol. Very good.

22. Pours a slightly hazy bright medium amber, really a lovely, attention-grabbing presence in the glass. Thick white head falls quickly to the lightest of thin foam and bitsy suds. Moderate woody nose with some gentle tangerine and mandarin orange notes sweetening it up a bit. Creamy medium body. Woody, resiny hop presence with biscuit and just the faintest touches of citric hops on the mid-palate. Longish woody finish.
