Dec 28, 2008 22oz bomber. Orange amber color, a pinch hazy. Nice long lasting half inch head. Piny christmas tree aroma. Wow. This is one of the best and most original Winter beers Ive had in some time. Wonderfully combining hardcore piny with eastern euro pils hoppiness, almost peppery. Creamy and drinkable, very smooth on the palate. Great beer.

Dec 28, 2008 (22oz bottle) Small fluffy off-white head atop clear amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit/pine, light pepper. Taste is moderately sweet, pine/grapefruit, some pepper, alcohol. Sticky medium-full body, some acidity. Very enjoyable for what it is.

Dec 28, 2008 Poured a crystal clear deep orange-amber color with a medium sized and long lasted off-white head. The aroma had a nice stiff but not over the top or out of balance citrus nose. Light malt and a touch of pepper spice. The flavor was a mix of malt and grapefruit that did not mix well for me. Almost like a carton of juice getting ready to turn. The finish was semi-dry with a touch of spice and a mild bitterness. Close to a medium body with nice warmth and a silky feel in the mouth.

Dec 27, 2008 22oz bottle. Deep amber with a huge white head. Simple balanced aroma of hop and malt. Flavor is overly yeasty with a bit of a hop finish. I was hoping for better out of these guys.

Dec 26, 2008 22 oz bottle poured an amber color with a thin off white head.aroma has juicy grapefruit citrus dry hop, sweet malt, tangerine, and pines. very nice and juicy. mouth feel is medium with average carbonation. flavor has such big citrus pine hops, good bitterness, just enough sweetness, and a hit of alcohol. very enjoyable and the hops used are quite tasty.

Dec 26, 2008 Pours a very nice clear deep red color with froathy bubbly white head. Aroma is tons of citrus grapefruit hops. Flaov is very biscuty with huge citrus hop presence. Overall, a winner.

Dec 26, 2008 Bottle… Clear golden lager with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Musky, earthy aroma – pine and resin. Full-bodied with modest carbonation. Very malty and sweet, but generously bittered to provide decent balance. Big toffee and biscuit malt; earthy hops.
