Commercial Description:
Our flagship Mild Ale is a medium-bodied beer with a light amber hue and slightly sweet undertones of malted barley. The secret to Mild Ale’s drinkability is in its balance. In other words, it has just the right amount of malt, hops, body and alcohol content. It deserves to be imbibed often. Whether you’re enjoying a fine meal, or just kicking back with a few friends, Mild Ale is the perfect choice.

Light amber color, small white head that faded quickly leaving little behind.Mild malty fruity aroma with a light hop presence.Nice mild malty flavor that is a little sweet up front with a nice change to a mildly citrus middle then a nice showing from the hops towards the end.Not a real outstanding brew but pretty decent and easy to drink.Well worth having a few more for later and Thanks go to Shadey for sending this one my way.

Bottle: Copper/light amber color with a small white head. I found that the head didn’t last very long, though it did survive in a small ring around the outside of the glass for the duration. Roasted grain aroma with hints of lemon, cookie, and a very slight toffee scent. I really enjoyed the taste to this beer - an exercise in balance and being mild/easy to drink. This is one of those styles of beer that isn’t going to get rated very highly simply because it’s mild. Take time to enjoy the subtleties here. There are notes of roasted grain, sweet malt and low acidic and mild hops. The light carbonation blends perfectly with the subtle flavors, not getting in the way. Tastes of melon, honey, citrus, and dirt. Finishes with a hop fruitiness and other flavors that I can only describe as almost identical to brewing Lipton tea, leaving the tea bag in too long. Very nice.

Not quite sure what a mild ale is. Pours a light copper/orange color, with a small white head. Malty, sorta weak citrus aroma. Flavor is pretty good. Honey, citrus, sweet. Just too average. No real flavors jump out.

Coper pour with a thin head that survives the entire life of hte bear. Lacing is good. The aroma is of sweet malt. I don’t know that I have tried many milds, but if this is what they taste like, I am hooked. Slightly sweet flavor from the malt with a good crisp slightly bitter finish. Very good for quenching your thirst.

Clear pumpkin. Tightly-packed white foam with slowly forming rocks. Unspent roasted grain aroma with hints of toasted hay, cookie, and coconut. Meaty, toffeeish whispers. Absolutely zero ester, hop presence. Slick body. Feathery carbonation. Toasted grains and very clean mineral character fades to a firm, roasted malt, toasted graham backing. Mild honey sweetness and pie crust malt character. Twinge of juicy melon acidity in the center stabilizes the firm maltiness. Immaculately clean from the moderate dryness and pristine, albeit understated, malt flavors. Becomes quite nutty as it nears room temp. Light rounded hop fruitiness arrives toward the finish and shapes the subtle malt astringency. Subtle chalkiness lingers and adds some depth as it grits up the palate. Tasty roasted malt and mineral belches. If they strengthened the malt bill and reduced the alcohol, this would be even more superb. Very tasty Americanized Mild.

Sweet caramel aroma, maybe a trace of hops at the start and stronger mid-glass Light amber colour with a lasting thin head. Sweet almost honey taste. A bit of a metallic edge and a bit of a weird sour finish. I wouldn’t make it my flagship but it succeeds as a mild drinkable ale suitable for accompanying a meal without upstaging it.

Very bubbly. Pale orange amber. Nose of oxidation, citrus, and weird cereal. Soda like bubbly head. Pleasant malts, faint caramel sweetness, watery body and flavor, but balanced I spose. Finishing with some dirty subtle hops, and a faint sourness emerging from somewhere. This is rather drinkable, just a bit thin.
