Commercial Description:
When empirical and creative impulses collide, the result is often timeless. The classic utility-art aesthetic of the coffee maker is an example of design and engineering working in concert. It is through similar cooperation that the simple bitter cocoa bean is transformed into a sweet treat. As scientists, our brewers utilize their materials to exacting standards. As artists, they couldn’t resist the temptation to combine the best flavors of two of our highly acclaimed Blackwater Series Imperial Stouts, Jahva and Choklat. Alone each is perfect, but together as Mokah, they are an inimitable expression of two of the world’s most sought after flavors. Enjoy Mokah stout with - or as - your favorite dessert! Cheers!

~ Purchased this 22 oz bomber from Big Z Beverage in Huntington, NY. As I start to describe this jewel, I stopped and asked myself "what can I say about this that hasn’t already been said before?" Well, If you like beer, chocolate, coffee, or any combination of the three, then you are simply going to love this. If not, you’ll probably wind up rating this a c+ or b-. I’m delighted to say I side with the majority. This is amazing! A Southern tier brewski never ceases to amaze me. The brewery is always pushing its beer to the outer limits. All the mouth-watering flavors mask the 11% ABV like it’s not even there. A truly delicious treat! Highly recommended! ~

Bottle. Appears dark brown with some ruddy light showing at the extreme edges. Aroma is rich creamy, chocolate and coffee. Super rich flavor that is extremely chocolatey, cocoa and some light bitter roast coffee flavors. Full bodied and very rich. Its like a brownie in a glass!

Picked up a 22 oz. bomber because I liked their IPAs. Wow, aroma is straight Hershey’s. Chocolate follows through the whole sip. A little coffee bitterness follows but the chocolate flavor steals the show. Smooth and incredibly drinkable at 11%. You need to try this beer.

[2469-20090827] Bottle. Aroma of sweet cocoa powder, rich mocha tootsie roll and hot chocolate with marshmallows. Dark dark brown body with a medium-lasting creamy light brown head. Bitter dark chocolate powder flavour with rich dark malty roast notes. Full body is a little rough. Wow, super rich and ridiculously rich chocolate throughout.

Bottle from Beermerchants.com. Pours a very deep brown with a tan head. Aromas of coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malts. Flavours of chocolate ice cream, dark roast coffee, more chocolate, brown sugar. Finishes smooth and frothy with a creamy vanilla tang. Yum!

Tasted at an imperial stout session with the colleagues. Now this is something! Nougat, toffee, milky chocolate, fresh grinded coffee all mixed in this desert from heavn kinda nose. Its black with a tiny brown head, but its so drinkable its amazing, 11%? Flavor is again chocolate and caramel sweet, with some mild roasted bitter notes. If you like sweets with sweet stuff on it, then this is a good bet on an imp stout you’ll like.
