Aromas of caramel, slight hops, molasses, and some raisin. Flavor is caramel sweet upfront with some raisin fruitiness and some light hops at the finish. Low carbonation medium body and a slight bitter finish. Not bad.. xproudfoot (729), Paleolithic, Pennsylvania, USA

The body is a dark ruddy brown with a firm, creamy and quite lasting off white head. Very attractive beer.
<P>
The aroma is hoppy with some sweet crystalized sugar spiked malt and a faint hint of toastiness.

Fore is medium hop bitter with pine notes, medium sweetness malts and more mild toastiness. The aroma tells yhou exactly what to expect. Added warmth gives it nutty and sweeter malt flavors. No real faults with it. No real stellar pluses either, save the beautiful appearance. Dorwart (1820), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA

Interesting aroma with leather, malts and some spicy and piney hops. Color is a dark reddish brown. Little bit of roasted malts and a big handful of nuts. Good hop bitterness and dryness. Almost chalky. Little dried peanut skins in there also. Finish is dry and bitter. Little alcohol warming. A pretty good brew. tramp55555 (44), Lisbon, Ohio, USA
