| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 30, 2009 Bottle courtesy of JRedmond. I’ve been trying to get my hands on this brew for over a year. Basically the last mainstream ST brew that I haven’t rated. Really happy to have finally tried it.. so massive props. The brew poured a leathery brown with off white dissipating head atop. Flavors are strong and hearty for an Non-Imperial Southern Tier... hop is initially present but loads of cereal malts and sugary hay undertone flavors are present. A very strong offering 3.55 KornDogg (197), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA
