Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

Pours a clear golden-orange color with very little head. Surprisingly, the minimal head leaves quite a bit of lacing on the glass. The scent of hops pretty much dominates the nose, traces of citrus hiding behind it. The taste is initially hops with the citrus hitting the mouth in the end, and leaving the mouth with it’s taste. Good mouthfeel, nice carbonation level and a pleasant aftertaste with no hints of dryness left behind on the palate. Serving type: bottle

Pour is a clear gold with a thin white head. A slightly citrusy, simple IPA. Very easy drinker - more enjoyable than my score reflects.

Gold pour with a small white head. Aroma of faint citrus hops and malt. Taste is fairly bland. It needs a little more hop kick.

Bottle: Pours a copper gold color with light head and lacing. The nose is toasty with a subtle spice and herbal hop note. The flavor is chewy with a full malty body, a smooth leafy floral hop lick on the palate and a balanced and refreshing crispy tail. Nice biscuit and dry malt dust note overall. Chewy and sweet. Nice!

12oz bottle. Nice citrusy hop nose with hints of flower blossom and grape candy. Poured a clear light orange color. Head was rocky and white with decent retention and lacing. Light to medium bodied and delicately sweet. The flavor was similar to the Mikkeller All Others Pale as far as the hops went. Earthy, green vegetables, grassy, and sprucy. Not much malt backbone. There was a detracting metallic note. Decent, but nothing special.
