| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 11/20 | May 29, 2009 12-oz. Pours a fairly hazy medium coppery gold. Loose, thin white head. Has a big perfumey floral nose for a second, which fades away until it somehow goes from that to a pile of old wet grass. Not very appetizing, kind of stale-pilsner-y. Crisp, sparkling body, somewhat watery...is this really an APA? Getting serious pilsner signs here. Sour wet grass on the mid-palate, followed by a rather vomitous resiny note at the end. Not at all sure what went wrong here. darn1207 (587), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | May 22, 2009 Strong pineapple and mango bouquet. Clear golden, thin head, nice lacing. Doughy citrus flavor. Subdued, but lasting grapefruit finish. Could be an IPA. bitbucket (2035), Kirkland, Washington, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 22, 2009 Bottle at beer:30. Pours hazy gold with a thick, lacy and persistent off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, bread and grass. Light body, watery texture with moderate carbonation. Taste follows what my nose told me to expect. Soft grapefruit rind and earth finish. It kinda lacks the "peachy" quality I enjoy in APAs, but that’s a quibble. NDbeerdrinker (164), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 15, 2009 Pours a yellow-gold with a thin white head. Aroma is floral, piney hops. Taste is overly sweet up front, then mellows out into a piney, bitter hop bite at the end. This is decent stuff, but I’d rather drink some SNPA than this. patrick767 (2051), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 15, 2009 bottle at Ft Wayne tasting - Pours clear gold with a white head. It smells mainly of citrus hops. The flavor is well hopped and dry with the malt definitely taking a back seat. I wouldn’t call it extraordinary, but it works as a solid session ale. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 15, 2009 Draft at Eli Cannon’s. Deep rich golden and clear. Nice herbal floral and leafy hops in the aroma. Smells refreshing and dry. Clean, quaffable mouthfeel, pretty low carbonation. Good grain backbone with a smart hoppy kick, a lot like I would like a pale hoppy mild to taste like. Very grassy and nice herbal bitterness. Good drinkable stuff. skoisirius (584), Seattle, Washington, USA
