Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

12oz bottle. Pours a medium golden color with a creamy white head......great lacing. Nose was lightly funky with some citrus hop and wheat notes. Flavor had some tree fruits (apricots, peaches) with some hops. Light in body, a good brew, not Extraordinary by any means.

Bright yellow gold color, with an off-white head, sweet pale, toasty malt, fruity nose of candied peaches and pineapples, and a light floral hop citrusy in tha aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a toasty, caramel malt, peachy, orange flowery hop character, with some honeyed pale male accents, and a hint of minty leafiness, leading towards a fruity, citrusy hop bitterness finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear strawish yellow-orange, with a bit of head. Nice, though somewhat soapy, aroma of honey-sweet malts and a touch of hops. The flavor is very bready, with a light hoppiness and some sweet malts. Not bad, but wholly unremarkable.

This is a great session beer, maybe better if the abv was slightly lower... You get a hit of citrusy hops on the front end balanced out nicely with a slighly sweet malty finish... Not much to speak of on the finish in terms of a lingering hop presence, which i think makes this an excellent session beer... Why oh why did you put a raspberry wheat ale in your variety pack southern tier, why??

Pours a slightly golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of hops, slight matl, bubble gum, corn, and citrus. There was more in the aroma than in the taste. Body is overly watery, but a lot of flavor still comes through. Taste is a nice hop bite, followed by some malt to balance it out. Not overly amazing, but it is refreshing and easy to drink.

Excellent hop aromas. Easy drinking brew that it thirst quenching with a low ABV so that having another doesn’t put you on the floor.

Bottled, Clear golden beer that is light on the palate. A bit thin for my taste but it was good. Had a mild bitter finish.

Bottle from Bierkraft in Brooklyn. Hazy golden pour; grain and some corn on the nose with floral hop notes. Bitter and hoppy on the palate, with some bitter orange peel notes. Some malt present. Solid.
