Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

Pours a light gold color with some streams of lacing. Aroma is floral and citurs consisting of tangerine and some leafy hops. Taste is up front with a mix of tangerine and mango, followed by some smooth malts, and finishes with some bitterness bite. Really quite enjoyable.

Pours a slightly hazy light orange gold with a medium white head. Aroma of faint tangerine, grapefruit, light peach and a touch of mango. Taste of tangerine and grapefruit with hints of faint peach. Quite hoppy.

Bottle at Chaucer’s Pub in London, ON-Pours a hazy yellow topped by a thin white fizz, calming down to a thin ring. In the nose, I get a lot of fruit. Grapefruit, lychee, some peach, and a touch of orange. Also there is a fair amount of leafy hops in the aroma (cascade, warrior?) and a touch of wood. The flavour profile is sweet fruit upfront, mainly lychee and peach, with some bready malty sugars, followed by some oaky notes, and finishes off with fresh basil, leafy greens. Nice bite in the finish.Quite assertive carbonation. Good.

This bottle was from a ST variety pack. Extraordinary, I don’t think so. It poured a golden yellow color with decent carbonation. There was a tall white foamy head and some bubbles rising in the glass. There was not much aroma at all. Not really strong enough to get any scents at all. The beer was crisp to the taste, but again lacked much flavor

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a medium sized fine white head. The aroma is semi sweet citrus with a presence of caramel malts and dough. The flavor is much of the same with the lightly sweet caramel malt being balanced by the citrus hops all leading to a dry bitter finish. Light to medium bodied.

Poured a clear golden with minimal carbonation and almost no head Some sediment found in glass. Aroma is unmistakingly Cascade hops sweet caramel malts. Flavor is citrus and pine backed by light fruity sweetness. Thin texture, abrupt bitter finish.

12oz bottle. This is a mild tasting, not overly bitter pale ale. The finish is lacking a bit. There is nothing extreme about this brew, so it can make a good session beer for some people out there.

Pours a golden amber color. Aroma is hoppy, with touches of orange. The flavor is hoppy, with a smooth, clean taste to it.
