Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

Clear pale golden, beige head. Fresh and dry hop aroma; grapefruit and tropical. Fruity and hoppy taste. Low malt level. Good body. Medium bitter finish (Bottle @ RBNAG’07)

to put the words "extraordinary" and "pale ale" in the same sentence let alone name your beer that seems a bit presumptuous. I also hate when a brewer has a name for a beer but does not give the style on the label / container. standard pale ale, nothing extraordinary. orange-ish gold color small head. citrus aroma. medium hop bite in taste. fairly smooth in body, good water used. would i buy this over SNPA, no.

35,5 cl bottle. Golden color, ok white head. Citric, hoppy and fruity in a moderate way. Fine bitterness, but too thin. (RBNAG’07 in Grimstad Nov. 3th.)

Medium white head. Golden body with light carbonation. Firm sweetish malty aroma with tropical fruity hop and chalk notes. Dry thin malty taste with straw notes. Bitter empty aftertaste. Quite nice, but lacks a bit of body to make up for the bitterness. (0.355l bottle at RBNAG’07.)

Bottle. A slightly hazy pale-copper pour with some floaties and a finger-thick light-tan head. Pine needles and grapefruits in the aroma. Kinda thin with ample carbonation. One-sided. A light presence of maltiness at the start. Sour lemons dominate the rest of the way. This almost tastes infected, but I think that’s what they were going for. Drinkable...just barely.
