Just from sitting at my computer, the aroma is wafting over with nice hop note, pine needles, grapefruit. Let’s go in for closer smell. Nice big hop notes, with a lightly spiced scent to it. Flavor is decent. The nose is a lot better than the actual taste. Lightly bitter hops, grapefruit, and some acidity. Palate is lightly dry, somewhat bitter, and rather short. Overall, It’s a decent APA, not the top tier if you know what I mean....lol. browndog801 (5), Yardley, Pennsylvania, USA does not count | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 18, 2007 Golden color with great aroma. Sweet citrus taste. Slightly bitter finish. Also sampled at Craft beer fest. Bought a case the next day. shintriad (698), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 14, 2007 Extraordinary? More like, "Extra-ordinary!" Oh, snap! Um, anyway, this is the definition of a one-dimensional APA. Smells fantastic with the citrus, iced tea and hop notes, but it’s simply dry, thin, and lacking the malt backbone to support it. gwpom (253), Akron, New York, USA

Golden amber color with a light white head, with a definite abundance of hops. Doesn’t have the bite of an IPA but more hop kick than a Pale, this is not a bad brew at all. crushinat0r (227), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Mar 10, 2007 Light yellowy gold in colour. Strong smell of hops with a slight compliment of citrus. Hoppy taste, pretty simple. Hoppy and good. A one trick pony that isn’t all that "extraordinary". Hawksfan17 (717), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Smells of orange and lemon citrus hops with spices and notes of pine and sea breeze. Tangy yet light citrus flavor with bitter finish and aftertaste. beerlord (215), tonawanda, New York, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 8, 2007 Medium golden color, very thin wispy head. Huge fresh hop bouquet. Nice hop flavor with a touch of malty sweetness, but more of a drier ale than a malty one. Need a little more body kmweaver (2483), Sebastopol, California, USA

Pours a clear, medium golden color; enormous, textured off-white head with excellent lacing and retention. Light sugar and lime and citrus bitterness in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel: plenty of citrus hops, sharp carbonation, and a medium malty core holding things together. Not extraordinary, but good. Medium, bitter citrus finish.
