Commercial Description:
When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We've got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let's do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I've got it" exclaimed Matt, "we'll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU's, 5.6% ABV

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Clear golden with a white head. Very fresh hop aroma of peach and pine. Medium-bodied, dry malts but otherwise completely a showcase for the fresh and delicious aroma hops. 270609

12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small and lacing white head. Aroma is hoppy wooden, pinewood and mild peachy. Flavour has the same yet with a more pronounced citrusy hops note and a light yet sweet malt base. Lasting peachy and sweet finish.

Bottled. Amber colour, airy head. Orangey nose. Sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. There’s notes of sulphur and apple followed by a harsh, grassy bitter finish. Simplistic.

Bottled. Copper coloured, not much head to talk about. Orange and hops in both aroma and flavour. More on the watery side.

Bottle at home. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops with notes of caramel and pine needles. Fruity flavour of hops and pine needles with notes of grape fruits. Hoppy finish. Guess it would be the perfect beer on a warm day.
