Commercial Description:
“a galaxy of taste in every bottle” It is through the movement of the universe that life presents itself in transformation. It is in this spirit that we make ÜberSun, a tribute to the dynamic energy of summer. The alignment of wheat and barley through this hop-infused brew embodies the solar system itself... This may be a difficult task, but one our brewers revel in! They brew a galaxy of taste into every batch. ÜberSun is the ultimate experience that will challenge you with each sip. ÜberSun Imperial Summer Wheat Beer takes off where our Hop Sun finishes. Like it’s little brother, ÜberSun is clean and full of flavor, but don’t pull an Icarus– this is one big beer! Pour a glass or drink straight from the bottle, it’s meant to be consumed wisely with friends between summer solstice and autumnal equniox. 8.0% abv • 5ºL •

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Fruity nose with some vague vegetables. Sweet and amazingly thin for an 8% beer. Metal is the predominant feature, though citric hops tries in vain to cover it. It’s edgy and aggresive with no thirst quenching qualities whatsoever. As there are also near no flavour to savour, beside sweaty lightly orange hops. An imperially boring beer.

clear dark gold, scant head, sweet crystal malt aroma with lots of citrus hops and a bit of alcohol especially upon warming, rich sweet malt flavor, a touch of malt candy sweetness, nice bitterness adds some balance and depth, a touch of alcohol shows as it warms,

(22oz bottle) Crystal clear apple juice body with small off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, floral, orange/grapefruit, light clove. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, grassy, light banana. Creamy medium-full body. Seems like a wheaty IIPA.

Sticky, light white head covers the clear golden hue. Straight-on citrus: orange and flowery, slightly earthy hops are apparently all centennial. Subtle wheatiness from the nose appears broader in mouth. Quite crisp-bodied. Cohesive hop choice for the recipe. Aromatic. Minty, leafy finish with a salty tinge to its bitterness – but more aromatic than bitter oriented hop schedule. Made to be drinkable by the pint and it works. Tasty and well integrated ingredients.

Pours a clear bright golden with a thin, wispy white head. Aroma of fresh, piny earthy hops and some pale malt. Starts with a mild sweetness and a big, fresh resiny hoppy presence toward a crisp, fairly balanced finish. A nice American strong ale.
