Commercial Description:
“a galaxy of taste in every bottle” It is through the movement of the universe that life presents itself in transformation. It is in this spirit that we make ÜberSun, a tribute to the dynamic energy of summer. The alignment of wheat and barley through this hop-infused brew embodies the solar system itself... This may be a difficult task, but one our brewers revel in! They brew a galaxy of taste into every batch. ÜberSun is the ultimate experience that will challenge you with each sip. ÜberSun Imperial Summer Wheat Beer takes off where our Hop Sun finishes. Like it’s little brother, ÜberSun is clean and full of flavor, but don’t pull an Icarus– this is one big beer! Pour a glass or drink straight from the bottle, it’s meant to be consumed wisely with friends between summer solstice and autumnal equniox. 8.0% abv • 5ºL •

Bottle. Poured a deep and cloudy golden body with nice head. Aroma is light citrus, bread and a nice floral boutique. Flavor is lightlt citrus hops, bread, spices and some light hints of thyme and tarragon. This one exceeded my expectations.

22 oz. pours golden and clear with nice white head. aroma is hopped with citrus and a little yeast. mouthful is crisp and refreshing. very similar to the hop sun but with a longer hop finnish. definitely a great big brother of hop sun.

Bomber into trappist glass spslit with pbrain. Pours a hazy gold with a loose, fluffy, ivory head that laces nicely. The nose is of solid wheat malt with a nice complement of lightly citric and mildly resinous hops. On the light side of medium-bodied, with a soft grainy-wheat mouthfeel, it finishes bitter and dry with just a touch of alcohol on the exhale. The flavor features a sweet, wheaty malt front with a nice hit of citric and slightly resinous hops at the lingering, bitter finish - a nice change from the typical wheat-based brew. This one is pretty tasty and it’s my kind of wheat beer: bigger bodied, higher in ABV and featuring a solid hop backing.

Pours out a lemon gold with fluffy white head. Nose- some citrus and pepper. Taste- wheat malts give it a sweet but dry kick. Grassy bittering hops are very pronounced. Finishes dry with alcohol heat. Really dries out the mouth. Some plastic in the aftertaste.

Aroma is hoppy and wheaty, somewhat redolent of Gumball Head, but less citrus. Taste is very similar. Crisp, touch of lemons, and a refreshing hoppiness. Fantastic summer beer, but I am not sure how sessionable this is at 8 percent.

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear pale golden colour with a low whipped white foam. Sweet, fruity and perfumy hop aroma of peaches, nectarines, flowers, Seville oranges, leaves and sugar. Medium to full-bodied with touches of peaches and flowers with hoppy undertones of leaves and grass. Medium-bitter finish of lemon-zest, leaves and grass with a dense perfumy undertone of peaches. Quite sugary and dense.
