Commercial Description:
“a galaxy of taste in every bottle” It is through the movement of the universe that life presents itself in transformation. It is in this spirit that we make ÜberSun, a tribute to the dynamic energy of summer. The alignment of wheat and barley through this hop-infused brew embodies the solar system itself... This may be a difficult task, but one our brewers revel in! They brew a galaxy of taste into every batch. ÜberSun is the ultimate experience that will challenge you with each sip. ÜberSun Imperial Summer Wheat Beer takes off where our Hop Sun finishes. Like it’s little brother, ÜberSun is clean and full of flavor, but don’t pull an Icarus– this is one big beer! Pour a glass or drink straight from the bottle, it’s meant to be consumed wisely with friends between summer solstice and autumnal equniox. 8.0% abv • 5ºL •

(Bottle at Pikkulintu - shared with TBone, thanks) Poured pale golden and clear with medium sized and white head. Aromas of hops, fruitiness and sweetness. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Tasted of sweetness, fruitiness, hops, bitterness and lightly pine. Sweet and bitter aftertaste.

Pours out a rich golden color with an almost non existent head. Aroma has notes of dark fruit, citrus, grass, grain and a little honey. Light, semi sweet wheat flavors with some notes of grain and a slight bitter hop character. Body is medium-light with a smooth lasting finish that carries the wheat sweetness well.

Pour is clear golden straw with a small white head that recedes somewhat slowly. Aroma is lemony citrus, orange, straw, grass, resin, and some nasal warming booze. Aroma is primarily hop oriented with a very light sweet malt note. Flavor is far sweeter than the aroma would suggest. Heather, hay, straw, caramel, bread, and large amounts of citrus hop dominate the flavor. Palate is a bit thin- quite smooth and slippery though. Finish is semi-boozy, crisp, and clean. Very unique take on the style.

Dark gold pour with with a small white head. Aroma holds a nice hop character, with notes of earth, grapefruit, and orange zest. Also some definite booze presence in the smell, and a bit of grain. Wheat character definitely comes out in the flavor, along with many of the aforementioned hop characteristics. Some caramel and alcohol presence. Pretty nice combination of sweetness and earthy and herbal hops, but lacks a certain distinctiveness. Palate is pretty light overall, goes down smoothly, though the 8% is noticeable. Solid brew overall.

Bottle shared by JoeTheYounger. Pours a clear straw color with a thin white film. Aroma is fresh fruit, lemon, and that kind of musty first rain of the year smell. Flavor is citrusy with a soapy bitterness and some band aids. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

65cl Bottle, won at a beer contest. Clear golden orange colour, dense white head. Aroma jumps at you after opening the bottle, very thick, very fruity, sweet, sugar, hoppy, just lovely. Flavour is sweet, fruity, with oranges, stonefruits and grapefruit, ending in a nice mellow bitter finish that lingers a bit. Fullbodied, soft creamy mouthfeel. Wellbalanced and very tasty beer. More!

Clear like apple juice not much head. Sweet fruity, soapy, lemon zest, wheat were all present in the aroma. Bitter finish with some band-aid taste. Medium carbonation. Overall just ok.
