Aug 1, 2008 12 oz bottle. creamy beer.Poured a dark yellowish orange with loose particles floating around. Some head really creamy. Aroma of malts and bread. Taste is caramel, vanilla, malts, and bread. Body is creamy. Finish is sweet. Overall a unique pale ale that was average to my taste.

Jul 23, 2008 Bottle. Poured a dark golden body with thin head. Aroma is sweet malt and light citrus hops. Flavor is light malt, light hops and some citrus and slightly astringent taste.

Jul 23, 2008 Pours coppery with deep gold edges. Nose is lemongrassy hops, tropical fruit, malt and peppery notes. Tastes hoppy with tropical fruit hints, floral notes, and a dry finish.

Jun 17, 2008 Smells of fresh hops. Medium brown, with a tan hue. Flavor is citrus and malt, with the ever present flavor of spanish peaks sweet-ish yeast. Quite dry finish and nicely bitter. Actually, it’s pretty good. Crappy ass looking logo.

May 19, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy dark orange with small white head. The aroma is sweet hops. Surprisingly smooth and not as hoppy/bitter as the aroma suggests - which makes it pretty easy to drink.

May 10, 2008 I made the big mistake of not more carefully decanting this beer. Its deep golden color is marred by the circulating chunks of floating around in it. There is a thin, off white head that did leave some lacing. Aroma has some citrus notes and lightly toasted bread. Grapefruit rind, toast, apricot, and orange juice notes all combine to make this an average APA. I’ve poured a lot of bottled conditioned beers, and it just shouldn’t have all these chunks.

Apr 26, 2008 Nice looking beer. Pours a cloudy, dark amber (almost orange), with a thin white head, no lacing. Aroma is of light floral hops. Flavor is sweet, with a strong metallic bite. Tastes as if it was heavily dry-hopped. Palate is medium bodied, with an overly dry finish. Not a refreshing brew what-so-ever.
