Commercial Description:
Fomerly known as Yellowstone Pale Ale. A traditional-style pale ale with a golden color and a full malt flavor that is surpassed only by the clean, crisp hop quality. The flowery, hop aroma is enhanced by a generous portion of dry hopping. Brewed from pale malted barley, crystal, Munich, carastan malts, Pacific Northwest hops, water and ale yeast. Note: last brewed by Mendocino Brewing.

Retired? I’m drinking this one right now and I am enjoying it. Rusty color. Sweet smell. Nice amount of hoppiness. A good overall beer. I feel bad that it has decided to join AARB.

Ya know, I kinda liked this one. The colour was amber with a present white head. The nose had some hops to it and the taste was citrusy and clean with hops. Easily drinkable but thin.

#300 Pour is a muddy, cloudy rust color. Thin head with big soapy head. Kind of a funky after taste. Not a bad beer, but I can see why they retired it. There is nothing special here.

Appearance: body is cast in a bright, though somewhat hazy, apricottish hue, with a nice off-white froth atop. Aroma: soft, sweet, a little honeyish, full of fresh hoppiness and loads of citrus. Taste: smooth, sweet, fruity, but rather bland after a bit. Good balance, plenty of malt, but I feel like the hops are being shy in this glass. Body is terribly thin, lacks any bite or twang or anything. There’s a citric sourness in the finish that becomes the defining character of this brew, by default. I like it, but it doesn’t move me much. That’s precisely who it’s brewed for, I’d say, the beer drinker who doesn’t like personality in his "suds."

nothing special! hoppy aroma not much complexity or breadth in its flavor. Flavor was a moderate hop lavel with a dry finish.

Hazy deep golden in color with a small white head. Bitter with earthy hops that linger from start to finish.

Sampled in 9/2001 -newly discovered notes- Pretty average pale ale, quite floral and not too sweet. NIce hoppy finish is dry and refreshing. This beer does not offend, but there are a thousand better. Typical SPks spiced soap aftertaste.
